How can I book a trip with SSG Swiss?
You can book your experience directly on our website via the "Book" tab. Simply select your date,
your offer or destination, and choose your personalized options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), TWINT, and PayPal. Payment is completely
secure.
Is the train accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our carriages are equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. Please inform us in advance
so we can prepare for your arrival.
Are there special rates for children or groups?
Some offers are available for children, with adjusted rates based on age (free without a seat up to
age 2 or 3, then up to age 10 the rate is -50 CHF).
Is it possible to get a one-way ticket?
• Yes, for the Geneva – Berlin (or Berlin – Geneva) routes. When booking, simply select the "One-way
only" option in our booking engine.
