Is the train accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, our carriages are equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
Are there special rates for children or groups?

Some offers are available for children, with adjusted rates based on age (free without a seat up to age 2 or 3, then up to age 10 the rate is -50 CHF).
Is it possible to get a one-way ticket?

• Yes, for the Geneva – Berlin (or Berlin – Geneva) routes. When booking, simply select the "One-way only" option in our booking engine.

• No, for event-based offers in Switzerland. These are designed as immersive round trips, in line with our philosophy of slow travel.
